Because of these constraints — especially when it comes to separating payment systems, branding, and client communications — we generally recommend creating a separate Blueprint Vault account for each business. This ensures a smoother backend experience and avoids any mix-ups between clients.

That said, if you're comfortable manually segmenting your systems and the limitations above don’t affect your operations, it is possible to manage multiple businesses within one account using folders, tags, and workflows to stay organized.
